mini bow hood

I posted this in the DIY forum to. I need to build a canopy for my 2.5 minibow so i can retro fit some lights. Does any one know where i can buy them from? or how do i bend the wood to match the bow front? I prefer to just buy it.

1/4 inch oak veneer plywood would bend right to the shape you need. cut the top and side pieces from 1/2 oak ply alittle glue nails and stain and there you go
