I've bought several items from this webstore. My family has too and no-one has a problem with service. In fact, I recieved a few extra items at christmas time and they said they'd restock them months later, even though it's against their story policy.

I have not bought live or perishable goods from them yet.

Yep, I've bought from them as well with no problems. Not always the cheapest, but customer service goes a long way. A+

I have also used them a couple of times and have to say their customer service is great, dont think i've seen better.
