makeing coral color brighter

i have a 12 gallon nano reef tank. i use one compact floursant bulb and i compact blue actinic bulb. i feed my coral dt photo plankton. there color seems dull to me. i have a total of 48 watts of lighting. i have xenias,zoos,poulps,mushrooms.

What kind of corals? I use to have a 12 with same lighting. I upgraded to a bigger tank and use T5's now. I'm really happy with my corals color. maybe upgrading your lights will help. Check out the light Reefman23 has on his 12.

how many watts are on the 12g John? And also, be careful with the DTs.... overuse of that stuff (which is easy to do) can lead to some issues.
