Macroalgae ID?

I was wondering if anyone could identify this macroalgae for me? It hitchhiked on some zoas I bought about 3 months ago and has grown out nicely. I'm thinking of fraggin it a little and putting a few in my nanos.

dj - there's a cold water species called "deadman's fingers" (don't know the species) that looks just like that!!! Maybe it's a warm water variety.

Hmm...interesting. Yeah, I guess I need to research a little more. I really like it and it grows every day. Its about 2" tall and wide now.

Yea I had some of the same stuff in my nano about 6 months ago. Its pretty and grows like a weed but it will soon crash and disapear. Actually it doesnt diappear it breaks away one branch at a time and you have to fish it out.

I had a clump of that growing on a rock along with some red grape caulerpa. It eventually got to be the size of my fist when I pulled it out. Since then it has already started to grow back.

Yeah, mine just broke apart awhile ago and is just barely struggling to survive. I find pieces of it floating around on occasion as well.
