This green thing has been growing in my tank for quite some time now. I tried looking it up and I did find something close but it wasnt it. I have only one growing, smack in the middle of my tank. It has white stuff at the base, could it be a coral? Would anybody know what this is?

Zoom Baby!!!

Thanks in advance.

You're good!!! Okay so since its a good calcium guage, how would I know? What are the tell tale signs for me to look at? All I can see that the base is white, and the stalk is green. Does this "Neomeris Annulata" have a name in laymans terms? And how big would it grow? Thanks Jennie, and pardon me for the numerous questions...you just seem to know alot.

As long as you have Neomeris Annulata thriving in your tank, your calcium is at a very good level. As to a laymans name, you got me there, never heard of one. I don't think that they get very big, inch or so max maybe, again, not real sure as I've never had them in my tank.

So apparently their over all look doesnt change? No leaves or buds or anything? Too bad I only have one...without any bodily changes, it would look better if there were a dozen. I learn new stuff everyday.

Funny thing is I only have one.....why couldnt I have 5 or ten, it would look much better in numbers. So for now it looks very odd specially since its smack in the middle all alone.
