Little orange wormy looking thing...

Hi guys im new to saltwater but been a fish hobbiest 4 quite sum time now, I have recently set up a small nano tank (Orca TL-450) with my live rock partnered with sand, thats was 2 weeks ago, I could not be dealing with mixing my own water so I buy it from my local Dobbies (helpfull at times) I added two hermit crabs in today to help along the cycle process (is this correct) and as I read that this can be done? I have noticed a small little wormy looking thing wrigging around... is this creature ok? should I remove him did I bring him home from pet store?

I am new to all this so I hope you guys and girls can help me along with my new adventure.

Boy these crabs ge around ha ha
