M Muzo New Member Nov 6, 2006 #1 I have an 80L tank with a 24 watt halide light. Should I turn it on 24 hours a day or just 12 hours a day? I have sea anemone and soft coral in the tank so I don't know what is best for them. Please help. Cheers

R reefman23 New Member Nov 6, 2006 #2 You need to give everything a rest for about 12-14 hours out of the day. SO it is suggested that you run your lights for about 10-12 hours per day. :welcome to nanotank.com! I am curious about that 24 watt light... any pictures? links? Jesse
