For those of you who dont know I just upgraded in size from 5.5 to 10 gal and I was wondering what you would recommend other then MH for that size I only plan on keeping some polyps so easier to care for mushrooms and my new carribean ricodea and evently I will be adding a pair of clowns? I have on there the light that I took off my 5.5 which was a 18 watt coral life with the atinic and a 10k in it I was wondering if I was to get another of the same fixture would that be sufficent for what I am planning on doing? thanks for the help one and all

I would recomend the satellite dual 40 watt 20" fixture. It has a built-in fan and lunar LED moonlight. I had it...until I tore it apart and incorporated it into a custom canopy. I would also recommend that caralife 96 watt "Quad" light. The downfall of this one is that you cant control the lights in a dawn/dusk manner like you can with the dual lamp satellite. Also no moonlight...but it is less expensive.

I would say that the Satellite is the most convenient.

My vote is also for the Coralife fixture, they also make a smaller fixture to fit a 10 (either 32 or 36 watt) but I would go with the higher wattage light otherwise you'll probably end up having to upgrade later.
