Hello everybody,

I've been wanting to get this post up, and even my brother mike was going to get involved, but next thing I know he posts up his own little system for sale, lol. Anyway...

6 Gallon JBJ nanotank (upgraded with 54 watts watts of light) 2 daylights and 1 blue light. All bulbs changed a month ago.

**edited in a picture (from a few months ago i believe)

fishies include:
4 line wrasse
cherry goby
blue neon goby

hermits:
mini blues, scarlett red, and halloween hermit

everything else:
10lbs of aragonite sand, 5.5lbs of LR
small frag of frogspawn (green and pink)
orange sm tentacle plate coral
yellow polyps
candycane
assorted zoos
red macroalgae vines
sm red blasto
sm red brain
1 featherduster

equipment:
upgraded mini-jet 606 pump
1 catalina heater (perfect size for chamber 3)
1 extra pump for extra flow
the aquarium stand

I believe that's about it, if there is something I forgot to add, I'll be sure to edit it in. Again the price is 200$ firm.

What is NOT included is my JBJ Auto-top off and resovoir, as I plan to use that in my future setup. (more and likely a 20 gallon)

I'll post new pictures soon, but if you want to see my older ones, they are in the nanos 20 and under section.

Thanks,

I told him about that I was going to do it, and he said he was going to post up for me, next thing i know he posts up his 6er for sale.

My brother loves tanks, and i know he hates to part with them, but I think the main reason for leaving it, is that his wife doesn't like how he spends so much money on new things, so if he retires his small, he's able to invest more in his big tank.

Anyway, for me, the cube was a starter tank for me, a great one at that, and it looks great in my living room, but I want to go bigger and experience that. It also gives me some more options to play with...

Steve;

I've gotten my tank sold already, just took one day. I will post yours on other boards as I know it will sell complete as a whole, that's what new reefers want; a quality tank with quality stuff and your tank spells all of that.

A lot of users wanted me to part out on items from my tank but that makes selling the tank a lot harder, I stuck with it as a whole complete sell wheels engine and radio.

Brother Mike, if you can use your popularity to help sell it, it would be appreciated.
(You on the boards more than I am, thanks)

Hey I have updated the main post to reflect the new selling price. It's now 200. While my brother was down he added in some of his LS he brought me, now it has a thick sandbed, has a new LR centerpiece and completely redone. I'm going to snap some pictures and share with everybody soon. In the process my brother stressed the poor neon blue goby, so he passed on to the fishy afterlife.

I now only have 2 fish in there: Cherryhead goby and 4 line wrasse.

Let me know those who are interested, please PM me or Michael.

I really like the way your tank looks dragon79. I don't think you'll have any trouble selling it for what you're asking. It's a shame that the value of a reef tank is never close to how much you actually spent.

good news, the blue goby lives! Apparently Mike dropped him into the back chamber!! I will get him out and into the tank this weekend. LOL

As for my tank, it never sold, nobody interested. Oh well.

<update>

I got a reefcentral member interested in my tank, was interested in the tank and stand and pumps. He offered 100 for it ,and I told him even better, just take it all for 100.00. He was incredibly stoked at the price, but at the same time, he told me I should post up to the local members here again to see if they want any inhabitants inside the tank. (the fish and the corals.)

I gave him my address, and he can come by anytime this week, as Saturday I am not available as I will be attending a wedding. So Jesse, or whoever is interested, come now, come tonight, come soon, because it'll all be gone soon.

I really really need a NC6 stand. Any chance I could get it from you Steven? I know shipping might be a pain but I'd still like it if at all possible.

Aww conn! I wish i knew before. I already included that stand and tank and equipment to him as I stated in the post. The only thing I can part out are the coral and fish. Should things change or he decides he doesnt want it anymore then I'll go into parting things out to make it easier to get you that stand.

So again I'll ask everybody locally, anybody interested in the fish or inhabitants i have inside? If not it'll all go to this buyer. thanks.

How big is the orange plate? Are you going to be able to sell the gobies? I may take the gobies and the plate if I have room on my sand bed.

Not sure if plate would fit or not, the actual plate of it is small, but when it expands, it gets quite bigger. Gobies are looking for a home for sure. Come by today.

Call me on my cell and if I dont pick up leave a message. I'll PM you my number.

I was going to PM you and ask about pricing on each coral you have but then I found out that your 5 hours away so picking up is out of the question. I really like your orange plate and brain though. Best of luck. :)

ATTENTION ALL REEFERS!!!!

My brother left me a message last night for the sale of his live stock since I referred him the purchaser of his tank...

I didn't get a chance to return his message until this morning...

I told him I have first choice on his corals in particular his RARE orange plate that is both green and orange and his hard to find Gobies...

Anyways I got them for $30 bucks for all of them granted I'm 6 hours away from his home...

I will go down and pick them up this weekend if I'm not out bid... If one of you guys wants them all please email or PM him immediately...

Orange plates in Northern California start at $60 bucks...

I don't mind getting out bid if they go to wonderful homes, I was VERY upset when he told me that he was letting them go for nothing !!!

Anyways I put a lot of time trying to sell his tank so this is very important to me...

Thanks,

Michael Guerrero
