Is anyone using a Tunze Nano Filter

Thanks Jesse,

Looks like a waste of money and space as you have to place it around the tank. I would stick with a good mechanical filtration outside the tank, small fluval would do the trick...

And rely on LR for biological filtration....

Nuff Said!!! :cool1:

Brian,

The fluval has been redesigned this year 06. It has a quick release on the intake and return line allowing you to change media easy.

They are very compact so placing them next to your nano will fit just right, and most of all they don't take any space in the display area.

That's very important if you are dealing with limited space.

You can place just about any type of media in the unit and it's just better than this tunze filter in the tank, not a good idea, and you only pay about $30 dollars more for the fluval.

Check them out at www.marinedepot.com
