it's free, you just browse to the file on your hdd, and upload it, it'll give you the codes and you copy and paste them in.

Don't know whether it's soft or hard - just noticed it last night. Will investigate further.

check to see whether it moves or not, if it doesn't, perhaps a harmless sponge??

It looks like a sponge from the bubble looking hole on the front at the top.
