hey..... if i were to get the 24 gallon nano cube, what should i put in it? wat corals could survive with that amount or light, AND! what fish should i put with them, all again, in this 24 gallon nano cube?
and it would also be nice if some1 helped me figure out what fragging coral is..

I'd check out some of the threads over on www.nano-reef.com about folks having problems with those tanks spontaneously cracking.

Personally I'd go with a 30g oceanic cube, or one of the 12g nano cubes instead.

The 12 gallon cube Icysor recommended is cheaper than the 24 gallon you speak of. And on top of that, it's more consistant in not failing you, whereas the 24 will be a gamble.

what about a 7 gallon bow front
eventually you would need to upgrade lights but they are not that expensive.
I have seen stock 10 gallons with upgraded lights for under 200 dollars

welcome to nanotank....

have you thought about going with an all glass aquarium? this way you can customize it the way you want it......protein skimmer, lighting, filtering, ect...
dont get me wrong i like the nanocubes.....just giving another option.

good luck

Nano cubes made me nervous with all of the reports of breaking - especially the stories of them breaking after 6 months in use! Even my LFS stopped carrying them because of the problems . . . but I have heard that if you order them from nanocustoms.com the owner will send you replacement pieces should they break. But having saltwater spill all over your floor . . . I don't know if it's worth it.

And try pricing other systems - the Nano Cube is nice because it already has most everything included, but items like their pump need to be replaced after awhile anyway (stock items tend to be low quality). I found that building my own took more time, but it ended up cheaper and I'm very happy with my acrylic tank (no breaking :dance )
