Heater placement on the Aquapod or JBJ tank.

For those that use a heater in their Aquapod or JBJ Nano tank.
Where are you placing your heater.
In or outside the chamber???

Most place it in the chamber to keep it out of sight as well as to free up the space it would normally take up in the main tank.

I put my heater in the back last chamber (the one closest to the return pump). It's free of rubble or other media and has worked out fine for me in my nanocube.

Same here. You just have to make sure that the water level doesnt drop to low causing the heater to be exposed to the air. most of the good heaters have an auto shut off if that happens though.
