Hair algae

Hey everybody, this is my first time putting a message for help on this site. This is a great site, been getting alot of info from everybody, thank you. My 12g nano cube deluxe has been running for about a year and hair algae is growing all over the place. Lighting is what came with the tank and there's a white algae blennie, green barred goby, occelarius clownfish and a royal gramma, also a bulb tipped anemonie and a green galaxia. I have the lights on for seven and a half hours a day. Is that maybe too much, and I also try not to overfeed. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks alot!

:welcome to the board first of all.
We need a bit more info to really be able to help, we need to know your water parameters (temp, pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, etc.).

What type of water do you use? What media do you use in filters? how often and how much water do you change?
