That is a great article. Does anyone know where Cheto is found? I have been a professional diver for 15 years and have dove all over the world, and I have never seen this stuff in the ocean. Just curious...

"Chaetomorpha is blue-green in color (Gosner 1978) and attaches in pools or on lower intertidal rocks. Some species can be found from the Artic to Cape Cod, others are found along the whole Atlantic coast (Gosner 1978)."

I was interested in finding out, too.
