You might've read a similar post to this, it might be because I posted my post on my brother's login name =P. But I am planning to get a 12g Deluxe Nano Cube and I had a list of this to put into it. I recently updated my fish list and added some inverts. Feel free to give me some info on my list and let me know if these things will be great together. Thanks a bunch.

Fish:
*jawfish, yellowhead
*clown goby
*fire fish
*ocellaris clown fish
(note: could someone let me know what kind of anemone the ocellaris clown fish goes well with, or if they don't really need an anemone, for example..will the clown fish get go good with a Curly-Cue Anemone?)

Coral:
*brain coral
*plate coral
*button polyp
*bubble coral

Inverts:
*pistol shrimp
*scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp
*nassarius snails
*dwarf blue leg hermit crabs
*porcelain anemone crab
*banded coral shrimp

& possible
*Curly-Cue Anemone

Thanks for all the help!

well like i told you before skip the jawfish and the anemone is not needed for clown he will host anything from a shroom to a powerhead and anemone's are not good for nanos they dont do well and everything looks fare enough.

Sounds good, so what do would be a good replacement for the jawfish? What kind of fish will go great with the three that I have planned to get. These are what I have in mind..

Possible replacements:
*Orange Stripe Prawn Goby
*Tail Spot Blenny
*Tangaroa Goby
*Two Spot Goby

I really appreciate all the advice. Just want to make a great aquarium where everything will get along. Thanks!

two spot goby out they dont do well in nanos...tangaroa goby might fight with firefish cause they are similar shape but maybe not all depends on them .... you already chose a blenny so i say no cause one blenny is enough and ill say teh orange stripe prawn goby will be the perfect replacement and he will pair with your pistol shrimp in days a perfect partnership but be careful with him cause he might be aggresive with other fish or cause of territory issues.....

my yellow watchman goby paired my pistol shrimp in 4 days... i think he wasnt happy with the place that pistol chose so in his second attempt to make their perfect house he accepted and now they are happy.. :D

Sounds good, I had another question..about inverts. Can you have too many inverts because I looked over my list of inverts and realized that I didn't have much inverts that served a purpose for maintaining the algae. I'm more towards getting fish and inverts that will help the eco-system flow. I didn't get any feedback on my inverts list. So I did add more to my inverts list. I would appreciate some advice as to if I have too many inverts to fit in a 12g, if so..which should I eliminate and which should I definitely keep. Thanks so much, and sorry for all the questions.

Inverts:
*pistol shrimp
*scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp
*banded coral shrimp
*dwarf blue leg hermit crab
*dwarf red tip hermit crab
*porcelain anemone crab (unsure about this one)
*banded trochus snail
*nerite snail (carribean & pacific)
*nassarius snail

Plus, I don't really know about how much snails and hermit crabs you REALLY need for a 12g. I am thinking of getting most all the snails, hermits and shrimps I have on my list. But please, let me know if it's not a good idea. Thanks again.

spik banded coral it might bother the other shimps species...and you can replace him with some sexy's shrimps what do you think and ... banded trochus snail is to big and will be moving your coral frags or your LR rubble .... then all seem fine and you're not sure on anemone crab why is really cool and wont hide and if no anemone will host the shrooms or any soft coral really fast...

Thanks all for the suggestions and great advice given to me. Do you think that the lighting that comes with the 12g DX Nano Cube is enough lighting for the blue/green ricordea? Plus do you think adding a 5th fish *1 neon goby* will be too much to add? I mean will that be too much fish to the point where the fish will have territorial issues?

Oh sorry about that. This will be my final list of fish: clown goby, fire fish , ocellaris clown fish, and orange stripe prawn goby. I was also thinking of adding another fish a neon goby. Will this be too much to add? I mean will that be too much fish to the point where the fish will have territorial issues? Thank you
