fuge conversion for 24g nano

Hello everyone,

I was wondering what the cheapest and easiest way is to convert the middle filter compartment (where the carbon filter and bio-balls are currently) into a refugium. I know it can be done I am just not sure what the best/easiest/cheapest way is to do it. I am not sure what medium to use (ie. macro algae, rock rubble etc.) and if I need another lighting source or not.

All you need for a Fuge is some macro Algae and a light. Most people use Chaetomorpha. It's the easiest to deal with I guess. Check out this discussion on the subject of Macro.
