From a Brothel to a Maternity Ward

I thought I'd post a few pics showing everyone whats happenings in our tank. It would seem that our Skunk Shrimp are going to be parents. I could be wrong, but one of the skunk shrimp seem to be caring a few green sacks attached it's abdomen. The pics don't show it off too well, but I'll try and take a few more later.

We also have a few cerith snails that did the nasty and layed some eggs in a few places in our tank on the glass.

Does anyone have advice on how to care for any of the future to be tank babies?

The problem with larvae, fry etc in most tanks, SW or FW is predation. They get eaten by the other tank inhabitants or their parents. I don't think there is much you can do about that other than removing them at an appropriate time to a breeding tank, if you can beat the free-lunchers to it

agreed if you want to culture then special set-ups are usually required otherwise its just food for everyone else. my stomatella snails though repro like crazy in tank and some have had luck with shrimps and many other species in tank so ... where are the cigars??

Here's an update:

Snails
They stopped reproducing, but some of the strans have gone from a white color to a light brown ting. No sure what that is all about.

Shrimp
Nothing new, they greening stuff is still there.

I'm wondering whether or not it's worth setting up a breeding tank or not. It's just one other expense at the moment. :pom
I'm going to see how things come along with just leaving everything in the main tank. Because I don't have any fish currently in it, I'm going to hope for the best.
