What food suppliments would be best to give Blood (Fire) Shrimp, Snails and Hermits?

I wouldnt really suggest feeding them... If you have fish, they will get scraps from that and they also scavenge for food.... that should be plenty to support them. If the hermits and snails begin to starve, it means you probably have too many. It is a very common thing for people to overestimate the amount of snails and hermits needed for our tanks.

We've got a 46g tank... and right now there are only three damsels in it. The hermits, Snails and Shrimps cleaned up all the algae in no time. We'll be picking up some more fish this weekend. But in the mean time, can we add some extra flakes durning feedings?
