We ordered some micro stars from Florida pets they have excellent customer service . These stars were an addtion that I have been looking for for about 5 months and nowhere else online had them at the price that they offer them at a rate of under a dollar a piece , everywhere else had them for $2.00 and up each . I placed an order for 2 dozen of the critters for both of my tanks .....
There was a screw up in the shipping but thanks to John there , all was rectified immediately . So instead of getting my order on Friday I will receive it on Wednesday of next week he even threw in a few extra stars at no cost to us . Over all our rating is an "A +" we have had a good experience even tho there was a mistake made on shipping . I will post a follow up on the quality , tho I have no dobts there either due to John fixing the problem as soon as it was caught ......so far I am happy even if a little dissapointed that I wont see my guys for a few more days .......
