Flat worms?

I have started to notice small (2-3mm) whitish grey, flat, oval shaped things on my glass and rock. Any idea what they are? Are they bad?

Check out that link to see if any of those are what you are seeing. Flatworms arent necessarily bad. I have them in my tank and their population seems to keep itself in check.

Look like these? I have them in my tank. These are actually pictures of the ones in my tank. I only see them on the glass and they don't seem to be hurting anything other than being unsightly. The brown ones are said to possibly harm some corals though.

The ones in my tank are almost perfectly circular (no tails) and I've never seen them move. I can scrape them off the glass, but they're stuck on too well to siphon off the rocks.

usually flatworms may be blasted off the rock with a turkey baster. I just nuked my 14g pod with flatworm exit 2 weeks ago and I haven't seen any since then.

Are they stomatella snails?
