Finding a clownfish pair in a community tank

When trying to find a pair of percs, say at your lfs, which are being kept with a bunch of percs in one tank, how does one find a male and a female in hopes of pairing them?

Thanks for the insight.

Since clowns are sexless, it doesn't really matter. If they're the same species and one is bigger than the other the larger one will change it's sex to female, the smaller one will be male.

Sometimes in the tanks at the LFS if the tank isn't super crowded you can watch and see a couple that will tend to stick together, and chase others away from 'their' area. This is a good sign that they may already be a mated pair, or that they will become one in your tank.

Just my .02,
