feeding polyps---mushrooms

i hear you gys talking about frrding mushrooms but i have mine in my tank which i have never fed since i have had them. is this normal? they seem to be doing fine? do i have to feed them or could they just do fine without any actual food? i have had them for like two months

some do direct feeding but I dont and mine seem fine others with more experience might be able to help you better

you dont have to feed them,they'll do fine without. the only time i feed mine is once in a blue moon when they are cuped.well at least i try to feed them,havent actually seen one eat the food.

I just add a small pinch of oyster eggs to my tank every other day and mine seem to grow great. my yellow polyps have grown 4 new polyps and my eagle eye zoas have replaced the 8 my crab took off. mushroom wise i have seen a faster growth rate.

leaffish where dio you find oyster eggs at and do the fish eat them too ?
