needs some advice
can i wire 2 fans that are voltage wise 12vol each .32amp max 3.84 amp max 3.84 watts off 1 12volt 500mA power adapter?

Yep. The voltages match which is good, and the miliamps used by both fans doesn't exceed the output of the adapter.
