Dusty Water?

I added my thermometer and heater today and noticed that the additional activity in the water caused it to become very cloudy very quickly. Just like it was when I set it up three days ago.

I also noticed a thin dust like coating on the live rock. It appears to be a very fine residue from the live sand.

Should I be concerned? If so what would be the actions to take?

this is normal just continue to run your filter.
to dust the rocks off if it bothers you you can use a turkey baster, this is all
normal and will clear up as time passes

Yup. As the bacteria coats the sand particles they will become heavier and will no longer create a dust storm. Eventually you can blow the sand and it will just fall back without any problems.
