Cycling and Water Changes

I just settled into my new place and I'm ready to start my first reef tank. I'm planning on buying my LR and Premix Salt Water from my LFS.
I want to make sure that I'm starting this tank off correctly from the get go.

1) Will I need anything else to Cycle my tank?
2) Should I be doing any water changes during the Cycling stage?

Your live rock will start your cycle, from the dieoff that naturally occurs. There is no need to do any water changes during the cycle, once your parameters level out, then you'll start your water changes.
