I have to openly admit - I LOVE CORN BREAD! The sweetness.. the warm taste with butter melted in between.. absolutely DELICIOUS!

Whoever came up with the term "best thing since slices bread" was on crack! It should have been, best thing since CORN BREAD!

One of my roommates in college had a girlfriend that made these mean, and uberly delicious jalapeno cornbread muffins! OMG it was sooooo good! It was soo moist inside and a little crunchy outside, and mmmmm little cubes of jalapenos that were like... a wonderfully popping pleasant surprise in every bite! :chef :flash: :clap: :bounc:

Oh man, this thing has gone places corn bread has never seen before!

I have never had the jalapeno cornbread. I don't like spicy food at all including jalapeno's. Is it really spicy or just a touch?
