Hey everyone.
I have just recently started up a new nano tank (70 L) which i have added some live rock with coralline algae growing on it. I just wondered if anyone can tell what i have to do to keep the coralline algae growing.
Thanks

I could be wrong but i faintly remember something about it consuming calcium. so maybe keep your calcium at the proper levels

For some reason I was thinking it was a 70g tank. In a nano, you should be able to get enough calcium with new water that it will keep your levels high enough.

Even in my 60 gallon... I don't add any supplements and my calcium stays around 400 just with water changes. I have a ton of Coraline and my tank is only 4 months old. I buy filtered ocean water that comes with Calcium at that level, but If I mixed my own the calcium would probably maintain at a higher level. When I'm ready to upgrade my lighting and get into SPS I might switch up my water for changes.
