As many of you know, I set my tank up in December. I'm finally starting to see some coralline growth in my tank. I used all dry base rock so I didn't have a large source of it to begin with. I'm sure that it's not exciting to most of you guys but I was pretty surprised that I hadn't seen any growth at all. :strip

Yeah, it's fun to watch for sure. Congratulations. I had a lot on my LR as well and It's grown a lot and started on the rocks that didn't have any, but I don't have any on my back wall yet. I can see a few spots that are considering it though.

Coraline Algae

I set my tank up on Dec. 21st, but I had some growing on my lr at that time. Since then, I have started adding Purple Up and it is growing great. I have, also, found patches of Sargassum and Halimeda that are, also, growing great. I just discovered this week a new Hairy Mushroom that was not there before. I,also, think that I have some kind of hyroid(?) It looks similar to a featherduster. All this laniappe is what makes this hobby so exciting!
