clown with white skin

I have two clowns that have been in the tank for about 2.5 months. Since about the second day, i noticed some white "spots" on one of the fish. They have remained but only on the one fish. It almost looks like small pirces of skin hanging on the fish. I tried to take a picture but they all turned out blurry. Any help would be appreciated.

To be for sure, keep trying with the shots, out of the dozens you'll take, one will be decent enough for us to make a proper identification.

NO. I looks more like a "skin tag". they are raised and kind of looked like they float and sway in the water. I will keep trying to get a good picture

Like anchor worm? Do saltwater fish get that? I know freshwater fish can get it.
