Cleanig Glass?

Im starting to have trouble cleaning the glass. Its getting harder and harder! Im using the magnet cleaner and it is just not easy! What is everyone else cleaning there glass with? Thanks

Do you mean you have algae on the glass? If so or anything else on the glass "good ole" :wlift use of the hand with a credit card (or something like that library card, fake ccard mailed to you) would do the trick. You can get those stick scrappers sold at your LFS but they can only get so much out. If you find any other way please let us know.

Exactly like islandcreation said get a scrapper from your LFS well thats what i do i like to doit manually everytime i do my water change.....'cause magnets dont do a great job really well in my opinion.

I use a scraper that i bought at the hardware store, its usually used for scraping paint or somthing, just a red handle with a razor blade on the end.....does an awsome job......I bought it after my magnet wasent doing the job lol....

watch with those scrapers that are metal as the metal and salt water will cause them to rust and you dont want that going into the tank ...... I have plastic razors that I use I get them from here www.plasticblades.com great product and no cuts to yourself :mrgreen:
