Notice how that bunch of men didn't even check to see if she was ok afterwards? Clearly holding the back of her head, she's lucky that that was all that was hurt after doing that!

It looks to me like she went in front of the basket....But I don't have anything that'll let me slow the playback down.

I agree, it's a camera trick and nicely done too. All she would have to do is jump in front as she did, and while she's coming down pull on the net with her left hand to simulate going through it. Her head was too much at an angle when coming down, so if she had gone through it, she would have been mangled, possibly killed.
