Hi All

So after some experience in freshwater tropicals, I've completely fell in love with marine clownfish! So want to try out marine fishkeeping.

My problem is I live in an apartment where space is an issue so a nano tank it is then.

I've been checking out the following complete tank set up along with the marine add on http://www.tropicalfish4u.co.uk/acatalo ... _nano.html

My question is in time will I be able to add a common clownfish and anemone to this set up or is it to small? I have no desire to add any other fish.

Also what about a clean up crew, any ideas?

You can keep a clown in an 8 gallon setup. I'm not sure with the anemone though. I would wait atleast 6 months after setting it up to add an anemone if you do add one. This will let your tank's parameters to settle out and be pretty easy to take care of by then.

I have a typical clean up crew that I recommend and that is to start off with 1 snail per gallon with a mix of 3x Astarea, 3x assasius and 2x Cerith snails. A blue-legged hermit crab or two would be good for a small tank. Just be sure to get a few extra shells for the crabs so they can grow into them.
