Blown ballast

I have a 12 gallon Nanocube. The light went out with a bang. The bulb appears to still be OK. Both, the old as well as a new bulb try to start, but issue just short flashes. I believe that the ballast may have blown. Have not been able to find anyone who can tell me where I can get a replacement.

Any suggestions?

If it is not an electronic ballast It might just be the starter. Replacement costs pennies.
