Biocube and Oceanic-Help??

I am having a problem with the fans in my biocube 14 that I bought at the end of march. I wanted to contact Oceanic but there is no email for contact on their site and their phone number does not work in my area. (alberta,canada) How do I get in touch with these people?? What do I do?

Also I saw somewhere that there could be problems with the ballasts on some of these units?? That has me very concerned, especially if I cannot contact them in a quick hurry to get a replacement.

I know just what you are talking about. I had a serious problem with the filtering system. I could not find anyway to contact them about the problem. I, finally, with the help of this forum, am able to get around the problem. I went with Oceanic because I knew that they had been around a long time and I thought that they had a good reputation for their aquariums. I guess that things have changed. Maybe this forum can help change their attitude if enough people refuse to purchase their products.
