Best 12 gallon?

Hi, my name is Skylar and I'm new to salt water aquariums and would like to setup one but have a few questions first.

What is the best 12 (or similar size) gallon starter kit to get? I’d rather buy everything or almost everything in the same kit with an instruction manual because I’m a newbie and it would be great if it was under $200. Also if you recommend a kit could you include anything that is missing and I would need to get?

Also what type of fish can go in a 12 gallon. I don’t want to get fish that will outgrow it and have nowhere to go. Also how many can go in there.

Thanks!

You can't go wrong with the JBJ or aquapod but look into what kind of lighting you want. Some come with metal halides. Which mean more light for you corals if you choose to take that route and more money. I personally have 24 gal aquapod that houses some mushrooms, zoas, and a brain coral. I will be adding some type of leather later on and absolutely more lps. Also, check for a local club. I just found out about NJ reefers club in my state and just by talking to the few members in my lfs they have helped me become a much better reefer. Experiences will be your greatest tool and the more you can get from others the better off you will be and saves you money. Good luck and read some of the sticky threads here, they will answer a lot of question on how to get the tank going once you have decided what tank you would like.
