Hi Sulp,
You will first need to upload your images to a hosting site such as www.photobucket.com or www.ofoto.com. From there, just copy and paste the images location (url) into the post here. Make sure to add the
before and after the url. That is it. If you still can't figure it out, PM me with specific questions. Here is a thread that might help some more:

Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. I personally use photobucket to host my pics, but there are others out there. You just have to make sure they allow remote linking.
I've got an ofoto account...They don't allow remote linking so they're not useful for posting pics to web boards like this.
