Aquapod or Nano Heat help

So I was cruising another forum and I found this EASY DIY fix for the the pods mainly, but I'm sure it could be done with an NC.

I did it to mine and holy cow does it work, and doesn't look really bad either. Check it out. Hopefully it helps someone.

Very cool.. it looks like an easy mod to help cool the tank... ive seen people remove the feeding door and add a fan there... any pics yet?

It would work on the Aquapods, but the JBJ line doesn't have a vent in the front that could easily be manipulated.

Here is the tank, not quite done, I moved all of my stuff out of it and into a 20L. NowI think I am going to make this a shrimp and Zoanthid garden. I'll post the finish product later this week.

Going to get more LR tomorrow after work and I'll post pics once the aquascaping is done.

Nice Mod.... but the plastic on the JBJ is much thicker....

true, but there is room under the feeding lid to add a fan there, and maybe use a dremel do drill a hole in the lid to allow the fan to pull air in.
