I called customer service at aquatraders and got yelled at there were a few things that we were looking for for our 3 tanks and they yelled at me for calling they told me that since I had not ordered anything yet that I was "not a customer" well with that said that I am not a customer I NEVER will be either . They suck in my opinion and I wouldnt give them a dime of my money. One word of warning if you are a company and you tell a customer they are a waste of time you just blew off a possible new customer that will tell people of their experiences or lack there of the :internet is a powerful place and tool just remember that . So here is to aquatraders :moonin :asshole oh and :nice

Try fishsupply.com they are awesome customer service, I just purchased my Sanders Ozonizer from them.... German quality at a good price...

Mike, I cant believe it!! That fishsupply.com is a store on Beach blvd...right by my house!! Is it true? A LFS that i have not been to? No!!! Gotta go.

Those are not the light that I got I have the 11" one ,I will be upgrading lights in the near future I have to say for a value light they are not bad (I have atleast not had problems with the Odyssea light (thankfully) but I will be orderin something else in the near future I will post on what I get still looking into it ....but I will not ever recommend with a clear concious aquatraitors I know it is traders but they are jerks .....that was more my problem with the on line store not the hardware . Intresting tho :mrgreen:

The store actually is small and not a good selection at all. Good prices, however, especially on their drygoods. I never knew that they had a website though.
Oh well, i was all hyped thinking that there was an undiscovered jewel...turns out it is just another one of my regular LFS.

I looked at the 20 inch combo MH light, and for the price the Odyssea is really worth the penny, especially for nano tanks where we don't need to have all this high tech equipment to run a nano.
More husbandry than anything goes into nanos, brand of lights is not going to watch over your tank. Look at my lights, they are Coralife, not the best name in the business but for what they serve in size and power I went for them.

I know what you mean Mike Iam looking at several diffrent ones here and hope to find just what I am looking for I got it for the 1st 2.5 gallon when it was supose to be a qt / hospital tank I really had no thoughts for long term use . I am really intrested in having fans on it. I have a Lighthouse by catalina lighting they suck for their stuff to as well as customer service but that is what I have on the 7 gallon . I am also thinking of going to a 10 gallon easier to service and easier to fits stuff on just havent decided to spend the money on it :roll: I guess what it comes down to is every product and every company has pros and cons
