Aptasia? and two strange "things"

I'm always finding new stuff in my tank! I now have found 5 little feather duster worms, 1 bristleworm, 1 little snail (that I didn't buy, who knows what that is but he sure moves fast!), and some lovely planaria (I'm being sarcastic of course; as long as they don't overbreed, they should be okay; it's the little white ones).

Anyway, I've found some more things. Today, my brother said, "I found another animal!" I doubted it but there it was! It was a bunch of whitish arms hanging on the live rock, pretty small. I counted 8 legs at first and thought maybe a brittlestar but then I looked at it again. There were 12 "legs" waving around which meant they weren't legs! They were moving in undulating ways (not like the feather dusters at all). I touched it; it retracted. I assumed it was aptasia. I swished it with the turkey baster. Was that the right move? Was it aptasia? If it was, will squishing it just let each part reattach somewhere, and I've made things worse?

Anyway, the unidentified creatures may or may not be animals. I think they might be some sort of filter feeder. There are two of them. They look like shiny snail shells, maybe 1/4 of an inch long but the creatures are stationary and never move. The store guy pointed out something similar on another coral and said it was a filter feeder but I can't remember the name. What might they be? Thanks.

Some small worms have appendages that look like white tentacles. They would retract, etc. It could also be a hydroid or a small anemone. If it is indeed aiptasia, and you desire to eradicate, you will need to get a control product or induce a major pH flux(basically burning). One way is with Kalkwasser(Calcium Hydroxide). Search for a post to get proper means.
