adding fans?

How do you add extra fans to a nc 12 dx canopy? step by step guild would be awesome

I have heard of people replacing their fans with upgraded fans but not adding extra ones. I would also be interested if they are adding additional fans.

I have seen pictures of hoods with 2 extra fans. Its one of the completly modded nanocubes in this section

ok well i tried to even hook up a fan to a 12 volt plug but it didnt work. I no there are people out there who know how to do this stuff... also i would like to know what is needed for diy moodlighting. .. and how to do it. LED's resistors, capacitors, soldering and such... i tried a google search but came up nothing really

I think you can buy already made moonlights on ebay for about the same cost of materials. As far as the fans go, you could use computer case fans and a wallwart of the correct voltage AND amperage and hook the two together. Dremel out a place in your tank and fasten the fans how you like (air blowing in or air blowing out). I don't think I could explain this well enough on a forum...does this even help at all??

yes it does.. it doesnt help that the 2 fans i have say nothing on them... ill look in to it further i guess

Maybe the place that sold them to you can tell you what power source is needed.
