10.3 watts per gallon in a 7 gallon tank 72.1 watts total
will that allow me to keep most anything right
or will that fry every thing

I'd say most things should be fine, but what exactly do you have in mind, just to be sure. I dont think anything will get fried under that lighting. I have a 6 gallon with 61 watts of lighting....everything is fine.

I have no clams or anemones or really anything that's calls for extreme lighting.

you seem fine, but as far as anemones go, is that they are just a PITA to keep. You feed them, they move, they dont like their lighting conditions, they move.....should they die, they contaminate the tank. It's like, aie yie yie, forget about it!

I hope it works out for you, the rest of your pieces will do fine over those lights though. Keep a close eye on that anemone though.
