NO anemone for sure... everything else sounds good though. What kind of filtration and lighting are you planning?

okay well new idea im upgrading to a 10 gallon so how about a anemone now? anyway but lighting would be maybe 2 50/50 bulbs or a 27 watt compact and a 15 watt 50/50 im thinking the two bulbs because it woill decrease the heat over the tank. i want to get this small protein skimmer from drs. foster and smith (fusion?) anyway and maybe a penguin high tech tank.

and something else i want a pair of tank bred neon gobies and a britle star. maybe a shrimp yay? nay?

For a 10g I would suggest one of the Current USA power compact fixtures. The Satllite is nice and is 2 40 watt lamps. Their Smartpaq lamps are nice. I still wouldnt suggest an anemone for a 10g tank for two reasons: 1) linited space... most love to move, 2) limited lighting... most like lots of light. I also wouldnt suggest the Fission nanoskimmer. It has been proven to be junk. Instead, look into the Aqua-C nano remora skimmer or just rely more on frequent water changes... about 20%-30% once or twice a week can work wonders.

okay well then i guess im sticking with me current 20 high and ill just make the 10 a fish only because that really sucks is there a cheaper skimmer that will work?

5gal Tank

Why change ur mind. I'm starting a new 6gal reef/fish tank. I know it will b a great challenge but it will b worth it. Just think about it, instead of changing 30g of water each week, u will b changing 2gal. I have a backup power supply in case the electricity goes down $30. Compared to a generator $300-$700. Watching ur Mini grow PRICELESS.
