4 or 6 line wrasse?

I seem to have a flatworm problem in my tank. I've dosed with flatworm exit 2x now and some of those buggers still persist. I've been told six line wrasses eat flatworms. I also saw a 4 line wrasse for sale as well. What's the difference between the two fish or can I just get the cheaper one?

I got a six-line and a velvet damsel to try and combat mine...Neither one touched them. Slackers!
