24 Hours into new 10 gallon setup

Thanks for stopping by! So I gave up on my cracked 24gal nanocube and started this 10gal live rock project.

Current Equipment in use:

10 gal tank
hang on filter with ( foam and carbon)
200 rio power head with ( air pump )
submersible heater
15w fluorescent lamp (for now)

Stock in Tank:

10 lbs of bagged LS
10 gal of Pet store bought saltwater
misc amount of live dry rock i got from friend ( not sure how long its been sitting out.
2 lb of wet pet store LR

Live Stock:

4 snails
1 mini starfish ( must of came from LR)
1 mini pointy spiral snail (maybe from LR too)
1 clam ( was on older LR idk if its alive)

Master Test 24 hours

ammonia .80 - 1.0
ph 7.8
nitrite .25
nitrate 10

Nice start. But while cycling I may suggest to avoid adding any more live stock. It may die to the toxic ammonia and nitrite.

So I upgraded to a 30 gal, I will add the new thread soon. :lol:

That is what I'd call an addiction. I can't keep up with all these tanks :mrgreen:
