Hi, I'm new to this and i was wondering if anyone on here has a 24 gal. aquapod and has trouble with the pump not putting out very much water. It's a very low water pressure coming out of my power heads? Help...if you have a solution or if you know what i can do to make this existing pump i have put out more pressure....Thank you to all...

Thoroughly clean the pump and make sure the intake is clear. When I first upgraded my nanocube pump I had the intake sticking to the wall and had low water pressure. Other than that I think you would have to either upgrade the pump or impeller.

I think that a lot of the all in ones are pretty infamous for having not so good pumps and is usually one of the first upgrades. You should be able to find a Maxi-Jet that will fit in the chamber nicely and give you much better flow.

Thank you very much, i was hoping i wouldn't have to invest more money in something that is suppose to be a plug and play set-up.....but should have known it was too good to be true...lol...Now for the lighting on this tank, is it strong enough to support soft coral? And what would make me keep loosing anemones?

Thanks again

Most soft coral should be ok. I don't house a lot of soft corals personally, I do ricordias and LPS in my nanos. My anemone (bubble tip) is in my 90 gallon tank and it moves whenever it wants to. I think that most standard lighting in the all in ones aren't good enough for anemones. I have seen bubble tip anemones do well in the all in ones, but they are normally fed to make up for the lighting. Other than that anemones are quite sensitive creatures.

Yeah, most AIO setups need a little modding and up grading to get the best performance. That usually includes a new pump, and additional powerhead, and upgraded lighting.
