They tend to be as prolific as aiptaisa, and have as strong a sting. You can kill it with a kalkwasser paste, or injecting it with boiling water, or lemon juice.
Tulip anemones seem to be related to them, but tulips have the distictive pink areas to the tentacles, and the tentacles don't bulb up at the ends. Tulips also don't have as strong a sting, but they can be very prolific if not kept in check.
you might be right but the thing is really small so im not to worried about it yet. i think im going to let it get bigger to see how it does. thanks for the info B. ill keep it posted
