10 Gal Nano do I need Actinic

I am setting up a 10 gal Nano tank and will be using a 70 watt viper for lighting, do I need an actinic light also? The Tank will have Live Rock, some soft coral a clown fish and a cleaner shrimp.
If I need actinic do they make a small clamp on unit?

Hi there. This site seems kind of dull. I was wondering if you have found anything out just yet. I am setting up a 10g nano tank this week, and am trying to find lighting requirements as well.

Temperature control for using MH over such a small tank is definitely a challenge.
