    Back to saltwater after a 6yr break

    sand live rock is your best bet ;and the eseyist way to clean sand is not to have it. to have a relly good denitafing sand bed hould be 5 to 6 inch's less then that can colects a lot of wast. sand is also very meesy. i have a 20 gal long with a bear bottom and it's so esey to cleen. PS sorry...
