can anyone help me to id these ....they have appeared over 2 days in my brother's tank (he hasn't added any livestock for over a month)....they are proud of the rock, but flat topped, are almost black, and look fuzzy on the top any ideas?

hi can anyone i-d this...sorry i can't get focus any closer it's beige coloured..has dozens of tiny legs that help it swim(very fast and erraticly)..the legs move almost like a wave motion i noticed it after adding some live brine shrimp...tho i didn't spot him in with them he has black eyes...
